Guests arrived at The Ritz-Carlton where they enjoyed cocktails before the function. The couple had a common Jewish function, saying our “I do’s” under a beautiful natural Chuppah. The Chuppah was bound with their late Grandfather’s Talit, an incredibly special and passionate tribute. Their Cantor from their Temple in Marin ventured out to direct their wedding. Seven of their friends and family participated in the seven customary Jewish endowments. Amanda and Oded also felt it was important to write their own vows to each other. While it was hard to do, it was vital to them to have a “from the heart” moment. Oded was so sweet – he even had a little swatch of plaid fabric from his late dad’s most loved shirt sewn into his coat. Hung in their talit from their Bat Mitzvah, their Cantor favored them, Eve broke the glass, and they were a couple!
